The Country Club-DISTINCTIVE VOICES, DYNAMIC WOMEN- is a unique 'safe place' online where women, whatever their circumstances, will have the opportunity to hear and learn from the voices of other women, as well as to support and coach each other in lessons of life and work. 
 
This innovative site welcomes all: career women, community leaders, professionals, academics, women who have reached the peak of personal and/or professional success or those still looking - or looking again - for new directions and challenges, as well as women who, perhaps for the first time, are wanting to discover their own unique voices , however early or late they are in beginning this journey to self. 
 
The Country Club is also based on the premise that each and every woman has much to offer - that they can all learn from those who "have been there" - wherever 'there' is: whether dealing with  difficult people, the challenges of business, the loss of someone close, lack of personal or professional fulfillment, chaotic home life, dissatisfaction with "where I'm at," etc.

Various confidential feedback mechanisms will give high-achieving members, among other benefits, the often lost opportunity to be the 'shoulders other women stand on' to learn, another chance to pass on the fruits of personal and professional experience and expertise to the wider community of women seeking new knowledge. Mentoring a woman to help her gain career advancement, satisfaction, promotion, and balance in her life could be one of the most rewarding things you will ever do.
 
With particular emphasis on the development of Emotional Intelligence as it applies both to their personal and professional lives and on growing women's leadership skills for life at home and at work, the site will provide a range of learning opportunities, including coaching & training opportunities  as well as a variety of other tips and tools, to help women at all levels hone their skills in making better, more informed choices for themselves. 
 
Whether anonymously on the site or through the interactive networking possibilities available on request to consenting members, all women will have the opportunity at The Country Club to hear - and learn from - the voices of other women.
